8:10 AM Coffee & breakfast at THE POWER & THE GLORY which is a relaxed, family-friendly, cosy hangout it has a cool vibe and funky decor with plants everywhere. I had the scrambled egg bowl with bacon, cheese, and tomatoes with rocket and I added extra avocado. The tomatoes had a sweet balsamic dressing. The coffee was divine. I didn't manage to get the name of the coffee...? Afterwards, I couldn't resist a slice of the yummy Carrot Cake made with a cream cheese icing ( my fav! ) They also had Nutella cheesecake, Dark chocolate brownies and other scrummy cakes with a Gluten-free option too. I would highly recommend their coffee. Five stars ***** It's also pretty famous for late night craft beers & drinks. If you looking for a cool hip hangout.

2 PM Lunch with a friend who has a lovely clothing label called the URBAN HUNTRESS AFRICA. She is well known for kitting out all the stars & celebs at all the big fashion events in Cape Town. We had lunch overlooking the ocean and I ate the most colourful salad I think I've ever seen made with organic produce.

3:11 PM Pedicure Pampers back at  DANTE EXPRESS which encompasses all that a modern day spa-goer needs; quick, efficient nail services within a trendy, chic environment. They were doing dry pedicures due to the water crisis in Cape Town so instead of using water they used hot moist towels. Much like those you get on safari after a game drive :) The pampering didn't stop there they too had a Gin Trolley. What more do you need? A pedicure, gin & sea views...;) Very cool concept. Winnie did my pedicure. She was brilliant and I would highly recommend her. The best foot massage!

Octopus carpaccio at Locanda- Villa 47

7 PM Dinner at LOCANDA at VILLA 47 Where I had the best starter ever. Carpaccio di Polipo.
Thinly sliced octopus, olive tapenade mayonnaise, crispy capers. Oh, my delish! You have to try it to understand what I mean. For main I had Seared Tuna( which was amazing too) and for dessert the Caramelized oranges, vanilla mascarpone. This is by far one of the best restaurants I've eaten at in Cape Town and the service is brilliant too. www.villa47.co.za

SATURDAY

9 AM YOGA ZONE 90 minutes Saturday Bliss Slow Flow Yoga with Will at there new location on Kloof St which offers heated and unheated yoga classes. Will's class was really great. I would recommend it. http://yogazone.co.za/

10:35 AM WELLNESS WAREHOUSE for yummy smoothies and healthy treats after yoga. This is situated in the same Lifestyle centre as Yogazone.

The rest of the day I took in the beautiful views of Cape Town which are every which way you turn. Cape Town has this incredible energy. Did you know Table Mountain is one of the earth's geographical features that has historically been regarded as a special place of power. It's therefore not surprising that the city in its shadow has been described as one of the places everyone has to visit before they die. Capetonians have always loved Table Mountain and retreated to it for relaxation, recreation, and healing. Enough said. AMEN :)
